Hi All

I'm going to Hong Kong in a few weeks and i'm bringing my e-cigs with me. We use the same three prong plug for 220-240 voltage as in the UK over there.

I have only US chargers and I can easily get adapter heads.

However, do you think it's safe for me to use a US charger (125v) in a 220-240v setting or should I just get some UK chargers?

Thanks

I think the adapter heads just grab one leg of the 220 and ground and - Viola you have 110 - Not so easy the other way around. if the adapter block switches 220 to 110 you sould be fine. Everything I got is 110. Hope this answer helps.

I WOULD NOT plug the 110 charger directly in to the 220 - BAD THINGS WILL happen simular to this -

Most of the chargers I have claim to be 110-240 VAC, they mostly have US 2 pin plugs, however it seems they pop more often in the UK, I've had 2 die on me, one just stopped working, the other went on fire:(
