Question about CS mail

Is the support@ eastmall.net working or not? The sticky in this forum says to use eastmallcs @gmail.com

I used that and when they replied, their mail came from support@ eastmall.net. So, my question is that if the support@ eastmall.net isn't working for inbound mail why would they use it to send mail to customers? If we hit "reply" which most people would naturally do then it doesnt go through? Doesn't make sense...

OK, i only caught the first post in that thread

PLEASE USE

eastmallcs@gmail.com

Any messages that are sent through the "contact us " page on the website will not be answered, they go to a black hole for now.

Also , any messages sent through to customerservice link may not be answered until new website opens.


I will leave the gmail account open until the new website opens.

and didn't catch the last one saying the support@ eastmall.net is supposed to be functioning. If that is true then why did i not get a reply back to a list of requested quotes for bulk prices? That is why i thought that mail was still out of service. Anyway, i did get an answer back from sales@ eastmall.net and am working on placing a bulk order.

Just thought you might want to be aware of a potential problem with the support@ address.

as far as I knew the email is ok,

they just had a national holiday in China so maybe thats why ??????
