cutting back on smoking ( recovering from a nasty bout of bronchitis). tried the fin menthol disposable, mainly because I saw it at the drugstore. its fine, the only thing I don't like is taking off those plastic caps at both ends and then having to put them back on when done. easy to set them down and lose them

are all e cigs like that or just the disposables? any just have an on/off twist to them? does anyone prefer another disposable brand? thanks for any replies

About a year ago, I tried a Blu disposable my cousin had before he got started vaping. I was surprised at how well it worked actually. I've read on here that the disposable blu worked better than the kits they sell lol.

If you're going to keep using ecigs, there are much MUCH better options out there. At the top of this page, there is a forum supplier link. You'll find all kinds of goodies on there.

Good luck!

I don't know of any that turn off. If I remember correctly, Fin is one piece and nothing screws on or off.
The rubber caps are to keep it from firing accidentally. If you are keeping it on your end table in between uses and not stuffing it in backpack, then it should be ok without the rubber caps.

And congrats on trying a healthier alternative. I can only imagine how many of us bought our first ecig because we had bronchitis for the 100th time.

You can get a cig-lookalike type e-cig that has an automatic battery, which means it only fires when you suck on it and you don't have to press a button. Those are more pocket friendly if you prefer a cig lookalike kind. As far as whether any of the disposables come like that, I'm not sure. I know VOLT is a great cig style e cig that has them. Honestly, if you really want to quit smoking for good, you would be more satisfied with something like an EGO, and you can google it and find many vendors to buy a starter kit from. You will probably get alot of advise as to other types of ecigs that some like better than others, etc. I'm honestly just trying to keep it simple for you until you get your feet wet :) Many vendors sell EGO's, so I'm not trying to tell you who to buy from. They are very popular and they will satisfy you alot more than a disposable, and the batteries last most all day. :)
