Question about DIY recipe

I have been reading through many of the recipes for DIY juice and I keep seeing "Flavoring at 2%" Could someone enlighten me as to what that means? I can't seem to find an explanation anywhere.

the flavoring used makes up 2% of the entire mixture, im pretty sure.

Yes. For instance if you have 36 mg nic juice and you want to vape 18 mg. You know you have to cut it in half. If you use flavoring at 15% then you need pg/vg at 35%.

I believe it's something that could be messed up in the coding of vbseo - where % is supposed to actually be a percentage symbol "%" - so Flavoring at "2%" is actually Flavoring at "2%" and Flavoring at 10% is supposed to be "10%"

This more than likely happened when php was converted to html so that the site can rank better seo wise.

That is correct. When they switched software, the old % signs came out as %.
