question about drying cartomizers for e liquid use

i have heard that their is a way to dry cartomizers in the oven. i do not know exactly how this is done. i have some cartomizers that i have just double boiled and began blowing out and now i would like to put some in the oven to dry. any help is appreciated!

I'm sure someone will pop in on the oven thing. I've never used the oven. I use a food dehydrator with a top fan. Set it on high overnight and they are ready to go in the morning.

I use a toaster oven, set at 200 fahrenheit for 2 hours.

170 for two hours....battery side down.
