ok quick question, what are the "other forums" that 5-15 posts can post to? it says 0-5 only new members forum then 5-15 can post in other forums, but not all...just wondering because I didnt see it specifically written... Thank you!

Unless the rules have changed and I not noticed to be best of my knowledge you can only post in New Members until you have 5 posts and the server cycles and recognizes that there are 5 posts, after that you should be able to post anywhere. After the server is aware that you have made 15 posts you gain other privileges such as being able to add a signature. This may have changed since I last read through the rules but that is how it was when I joined.
You just started a thread in the New Members forum.
Up on your left, on the blue bar is Forum. Click on it, and you see a list of the other forums. Each one will have this

Until you get Five post in you will not be allowed to post in those.

It's kind of frustrating honestly, but I think it's a good idea to make newbies post here only. I just need to be able to pm soon. I was hoping to buy something off the classifieds!
Yea I get confused easily... it was probably all the chemicals in those nasty analogue cigarettes haha j/k I don't mind posting here but I do want to buy things and there are a few other categories I would like to use, I think I can use them now though
