Question about glass tanks and cartos

I recently ordered a couple glass tanks from Ibtanked and highdesertvapes.....excited......just curious if it matters of the cartomizers are stainless or black?? I have noticed that most pictures of the tanks show stainless but does it matter. I am about to order some prepunched cartos and wanted to make sure I get the right ones!! Thanks

The tank cartos are SS. The best place for Boge cartos is Sure Vapes - $28 for 25 Boge 2X1mm, or if you want some really good cartos... Ikenvape.

Addendum: If you want some of the nicest polypro and pyrex tanks for a great price... visit Valley View Vapes (3V). I'm particularly fond of the 3ml, side-fill polypros.

It doesn't matter what color you get the carto, but I'd get Stainless Steel,just so you don't have to worry about any paint or coating of the carto being broken down by some juices.

Aren't the black ones stickered? I wouldn't want that in my juice if the glue broke down from the heat of the coil. So, SS is my answer, too.

I have some black boge cartos and I don't see any stickers but it appears I need to stick with the ss ones. I have a bunch of black ones tho!!

The black ones are usually stickered and the sticker will not let the carto go in the tank until you spend 10 minutes or so to get the sticker and the sticker gunk off the carto...... Painted cartos in a tank ?

Congrats on the IBTanks.... you will love them for several reasons !! You will see.....


I suggest getting them pre punched with two holes..... I suggest the single coil....
