Well, I just ordered my new provari mini over the weekend and was looking at putting a nice tank on it. I was reading another thread about the Ibtanks. I sent some questions to them but no response!! I have some boge cartos and some joyetech attys, do I use them inside the tank? I also noticed some holes inside the glass tank I am assuming on the carto....my cartos do not have holes....how many holes are needed as I guess again it is to keep the juice flowing. Anyway, any guidance on how to properly use the ibtanks and what devices I can use inside of them would be greatly appreciated before I make a purchase!! All suggestions welcome on other tanks as well as I know nothing about this subject!!

Okay, the very best thing I can do for you here is to refer you to Baditude's blog about cartotanks. Shows very simply and completely how a cartotank works, how to set it up, what to look for in cartos for your tank, etc. I recommend looking at his other blogs as well, the guy is a vaping Yoda.

Bad's cartotanks setup blog.

Also, I'll throw in a link to a great tutorial video on cartotanks and cartopunches, though in the beginning you are probably better off sticking to pre-punched cartos. (That'll make more sense after you read the blog and watch the video.) Good luck!

Pbusardo's cartotank & punch tutorial.

Thanks for directing me to the blog so I guess you only use punched cartos, no attys correct??

For the most part, yeah. I've seen a couple "tank attys" that they are just coming out with, but I haven't heard good things about them so far. They seem to be getting nothing but bad reviews from what I've seen, so probably safer to stick with the punched cartos in your tank for now. If someone else has different info, by all means correct me.

:thumb: Thanks to the folks recommending my cartotank blog. I'll just add the link to the main blog page. I have a few different blogs that pertain to cartos and cartotanks. There are currently nine articles in total (two pages), so take an hour to read them. You'll hopefully be glad you did.

Baditude is the "thread killer" when it comes to carto tanks. I don't mean this in a bad way. You see, when someone comes along with questions about carto tanks, most all of us will direct them to his blogs. Please do take the time to read them. It is worth it.

Because they are so freaking comprehensive, and he answers all of your questions before you ask them, nobody really has anything else to chime in afterwards.

It's a compliment to the fella.

We love ya, Bad.
