Question about having a Cana mod serviced

Hello everyone, first post with a question. I recently picked up a Cana mod dna 30 used from Craigslist. Since I've been lurking the forum and reading as much as I can, I've come to the conclusion that it is not a v3 as it has the usual bugs with it. Mainly, the charge light that never turns green, wattage that goes up or down by. 1 randomly and a fixed 510. My question is, does Cloupor offer repair service that I could send to and have this thing brought up to v3 specs? Not really a big deal if it isn't possible since I paid a fair price for what it is and will most likely be making other purchases of mech mods and a dna 40 in the near future. It's also not my only piece of current hardware as I've had a istick since it was released.

Apparently Elev8 Vape is the Authorized US office for warranty and repair service for Cloupor. Not sure how much it would cost to have it upgraded to a later version but I would just call or email them and ask them. Good Luck!

No, probably not. You'd be better off just buying a newer one.

Actually the best thing to do is just use your cloupor for a while. There are a bunch of new devices hitting the market right now. Look for a hot deal on Black Friday sales or after Christmas.

I'm going to call elev8vape today to see what they say. Even if the answer is nope it's not really a big deal. I'll just use the darn thing until I decide what to purchase next.

Surprisingly enough I finally received an email reply from them after not being able to reach them on the phone. I was told I can in fact ship them my mod and they will replace it with a v3 unit. Pretty awesome news and going to get it in the mail tomorrow.
