yea with the 510 you can pretty much mix and match 510 atty's till you find one you like...you can for instance use volcano 510 magma atty's on a Riva (though volcano carts fit better on magma atty's than standard ones so pick up a 3.99 pack of them as well)...I think it comes down to personal preference, I really like the kr808 though I admit the cleaning part sucks you can get cheap empty carts online, 6.55 at liberty flights for a pack of 5...that is less than many atty's and if you stick to a few juices refilling is pretty easy...I can also get prefilled kr808's at the gas station around here, very nice if you run out of everything and can't wait on shipping and handling for your fix.

Rivas are sold out at Liberty Flights and they're $38 when they do come back in stock. My cartos taste nasty after refilling a few times so then I clean them and they don't work well so I'm getting fed up with those. Even if I use 1 atty a month its still cheaper than buying the 10 cartos a month, which is about what I would go through...Decisions, decisions!

15 bucks for 10 cartos...if you use 30ml juice your looking at a 30-45 dollar a month habit...I don't know how much you were smoking but that isn't bad compared to analogs...

I have a Riva 510 that I got at Liberty Flights, it works great and takes any 510 cartomizers or atomizers, I love it they do have a few left and with the 20% discount they are 29.99 right now. Electronic Cigarette - Starter Kits - Riva 510

How do I get the 20% discount? And how do I know they have some left? The site says they are out and will e-mail people when their next shipment comes in?

To get updates from a vendor, sign up for the newsletter. There is usually a log-in or sign-up button on the vendor's site which can lead to emails about stock levels and promo codes.

There are also the supplier forum threads down the list of ECF sub-forums.

I do this for generic advice since LF is the only ECF vendor who has ever done me wrong and I just gave up the repeatedly sending emails when I had spent more time than the dollar value was worth. (I mean $5, exhausts pretty quickly and I have better things to do.)

Hoosier:

It seems that they have trouble with their email - I'm not sure why. But Abe is a member here and they do have a forum here. If you PM Abe, He'll get you taken care of pretty quickly. I have done business with them a few times - include a warranty exchange and have been happy with them.

BWT +1 on the Ego or Riva either one would be an excellent choice for you. As far as the 20% off - I believe they simply have an icon in the upper left corner that simply says "click here to get 20% off"

Yep, know that. Abe has always been great. It's when it is suppose to be handled in CA that the issue happens.

I really don't want to spend that much time at it. It took 4 emails just to find out the item was backordered and it wasn't a shortage in my package. Then more emails after that to try to get it and another to request my $ back since it didn't arrive for months.

If the process is in that poor of shape, I'd just rather spend my time with another vendor. I spent enough time on it. I'm done, just done, past it, over it, moved on to happier things.

If I lived in the UK, I may consider them as a vendor, but see no reason to use the CA branch when there are so many suppliers to choose from.

Hopefully I am the rare case and everyone else has great success with them.

I can completely understand that. I would be dealing with the CA location as well I suppose since I'm in MA. The only reason I mentioned it is because there have been a few other people that had trouble with orders or replacement items that didn't realize that they had someone here on the forum. Once I told them to contact Abe everything got straightened out.

Thats one of the great things about having sooooo many vendors available for e-cigs, everyone can find a vendors that they like and have had good experiences with.
