No it will be a bit less.
I'll walk you through the math:
1ml nic +1ml vg = 2ml
add 10% water (your example) =2.2 ml
assuming you added .2 ml of flavoring that is now 2.4ml

there are 24 mg in 1 ml of 24mg nic base so 24/2.4 = 10. your juice is 10mg strength.

no problems hunter, the math isn;t that hard, you just have to get your head around it then it becomes easy. There are a few nice calculators in the 'stickies here you can use if you don't want to do the math manually.

Good luck and welcome to the world of DIY!

As oldsoldgier mentioned, you be just a little off 12mg.

But your on the right path. Most people thing VG with either water or PG First in a seperate bottle. So haveing dilluted VG to start with you would be right at 12mg by going 1:1.

You be a tad off when you add some drops of flavoring but you probably will never know the difference.

Thanks for the info, No one in my immediate family was effected, my wife had three cousins that lost their houses, As for me and my family we live out in the country a little bit, right on the edge of town, but about 2 1/2 miles from my house as the crow flies.

Very sorry to hear about your wife's cousins.

I had a house fire that destroyed everything I owned. EVERYTHING. I don't think people understand just how Devastating it can be to go from normality one day to having Nothing the next.

People feel sorry for you for losing your stereo or your TV or your computer. It is a loss but Money can replaced those things. It's the photos and that silly crayon drawing your daughter brought home form school one day that money can't.

I'm glad to hear that you were not directly effected and know thought our thoughts are with those that were.

Yeah there are companies that are trying to restore photos and stuff like that, I don't know how well they are doing? It has been pretty crazy with the stuff that has stayed and what got blown away, the crazy thing was that a couple of friends houses had the roofs blown off or some minor damage (compared to total loss) but it rained like 7+ inches the next day. So then everything did get totally destroyed.
