I see that the grande is rated at 2.6 ohms, but I have been running it at at least 5v. It doesn't perform well at all under 4.2v (but at 5v it's wonderful). I'm fine with that since my PV goes to 6v, but it's odd because my extreme giant is rated at 2.8-3.0 ohm, and it runs fine at 3.7v. In fact, anything above 4.2v is too hot for me. Is this just because my grande is new, or is it something about the double wicks?

performance will vary per user per system used, im using them in my videos at 3.7, 4.0 and 4.2 and they churn out great vapor and taste all day.

there is also more wick in grandes re wetting the wick much faster letting you crank it higher.

I did notice it had no problem keeping the wick wet at those voltages, so that's a big thumbs up. I'm using a lavatube. I just didn't know if maybe it was because it was new it needed the higher voltage or what. Just seemed weird that my higher-ohm giants run at a lower voltage. Either way, I'm loving the grande!

The reason I'm asking is not because it's an issue with me (since I have a lavatube), but I really, really love these and I know a lot of people with 3.7v devices and before I recommend they run out and buy one (cuz they always do when they see my new gotvapes stuff hehe), I want to make sure there's no problem using it on a lower-voltage device. I really think I just got an anomaly, because I can't get mine to perform well at anything less than 4.5v, but I was looking for some confirmation that that is not the norm (or a problem for a 3.7v user).

yes i hear ya, and form the testing ive down here and form what im seeing form customers its chruning at that lower voltage, it could be yours is alittle higher ohm'd as they due tend to fall in ranges and not a exact ohm, most i have tested have been in the 2.6 to 2.8 range which will do just fine at 3.7

Good to know! I'll recommend them with the caveat that if it doesn't work for them, I'll just buy it from them! :D

I plan on getting many more, too. I love the way they work, the way they look on my lavatube, and the fact they come in colors.

I've got three of them :) And I'm wishing I got the red or the pink one too. I'm hoping these look as well on the upcoming TOX as I think they will. Because I'm leaning towards that one.

And hey bad, if you are reading this, maybe bring back some of the red ones pretty pleases!!! You've got some nice red flavored juices ;)
