Question about ordering from overseas?

I was reading recently on one of the threads that someone had to pay an additional $25 to paypal when ordering from ordering overseas. Not sure if I read it wrong or not. But I'm wondering if I order from Heavens gifts are there any additional fees other then what are on that site? Thanks for any info.

I have ordered from Ruyan and EastMall. There are no extra fees. Same as ordering from US suppliers.

ONLY SHIPPING COSTS ARE MORE $15.00 for East Mall, whether you order only 1 atomizer, or 20 items together.

Some sellers might charge that such as the one you seen in the holy grail thread, since they usually charge you for their currency conversion and of course a hidden handlers fee.

Have not experienced this with Ruyandirect/eastmall/healthcabin or so.
