Interesting reading...

Inhalation: may be harmful if inhaled.
In case of inhalation: If inhaled, remove to fresh air.

And from Wikipedia: Benzaldehyde - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Safety
Benzaldehyde has been classified as a hazardous substance by the United States Environmental Protection Agency.[8]

Benzaldehyde is used as a flavoring and fragrance in food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and soap and is "generally regarded as safe" (GRAS) by the US FDA.[9]

Flavor Inhalation Safety
Inhalation of flavor chemical blends by use of electronic cigarettes is a popular and more chemically pure alternative to traditional tobacco smoking. However, please note that this use of flavors is a relatively new practice, and has not been safety-tested by any official organizations. Therefore, we are not able to guarantee that any flavor is safe for this use. This would also be true for any other flavor manufacturer. There are no companies that can guarantee that any flavor is safe for long-term use. There has just not been enough time to do this kind of testing.

Link to their list of MSDSs

Lastly... from within that specsheet...

This product contains no added diacetyl as an ingredient. However, because diacetyl can occur in small amounts as an artifact of the production process in other ingredients, "No Added Diacetyl" products may not be "Diacetyl Free", as trace amounts may be present.

I don't like that last part... it feels like a cop out to me... something like 'We will just say "No Added" on our stuff instead of checking it." But, I do like that they at least point this out.

To be fair, they are right that so many things haven't been tested for inhalation, specially as a heated vapor... but many things are KNOWN to be bad, so at least we have a start.
