What in your experience is the best and longest lasting pod system?
I am looking for one you just change the pod and not coils.
One the battery will last all day and not run out half way through the day or only a couple hours.
I am a heavy vapor so the ones I am using now do not last.
As of now I have a lot of different vaporesso's.
any that you can attest to?

That is true. Can you suggest a tank mod that is not big and bulky? I have gone through so many tank mods including the box ones and I can't seem to find a good fit. I've been vaping for 17 years so I have been through alot but I am not up on the new ones.
For a few years now, I’ve been using the Innokin Zenith II tank with their Z-coils on top of a Vaporesso SWAG II. The clearance from the tank to the battery cap is just the right amount.

I can find the Z-coils around for around $10 for a 5-pack. Sometimes the Innokin Store will have a 20% off sale.

A lot of folks here might recommend the Innokin Coolfire Z series for the battery device.
