Are the samples from FSUSA already steeped? I'm guessing that these are premade and are not made when ordered like regular bottles which is why they only come in one nic level. So does that mean they are ready to go right out of the box?

If my experience posted here is any indication, I'd have to say no, sample bottles are not already steeped.
I was told by David that many of the samples are pre-mixed and sit on the shelf. I have read that most are ready to go but I have had a few that needed some time to steep, (a few light colored tobaccos).
some can be up to 2 weeks old while others we have to keep blending everyday so just depends on how popular the flavor is
I can believe this as I'm sure some of your juice probably "flys" out the door.
Ha, ha! That's the truth. I have had samples that need steep time but most are ready to go.
