My first Reo is at home waiting for me to get home from work. The past few days I have been reading everything I can on them. I am fairly certain I know how to get the kick going and all that fun stuff. The one question I could not find an answer to is this. Is there any juices that the Reo does not like? I know there are some plastic parts inside most importantly the tube and I have a few cinnamon and citrus juices that I enjoy and don't want them to ruin my new friend. I know this has probably been answered before but I could not find it just so much info here. Thanks for the help and hopefully I enjoy mine as much as you all obviously do.

First Congrats on your REO! We always welcome new Reonauts!

You mention cinnamon and citrus juices. Yes, some have had problems with those juices and their tubes. Over time it can cause the tubes to stain and even split. Most of all they do tend to leave behind the flavor more than other juices. There are various methods to try to remove the smell and taste. PGA is one that is used. You can replace the cap, cap gasket and tubing also. It really depends on how much left over taste and smell you will tolerate. If you change to another juice and don't mind a mix of flavor for a time then you will be fine.

Yeah I am loving it having a few issues trying to keep the kick grounded need to head out today and get and eraser and an exacto knife first tried what another person said here and wrapped it in electrical tape to make it bigger and ran a wire to the ground spring. It is fairly snug in that configuration but it still throws fits at times where it won't fire but it's working well enough that I ran a full bottle of liquid threw it. Between Friday night and yesterday the 357 is working amazing on it and it's a dream to use while out and about why didn't i try a bottom feeder sooner. The only question I have left is when can I afford another so I can have variety :)

Well just wanted to throw up another update we were at vc2 didn't see any other Reo's there had many questions on mine. Was a blast. Just wanted to let you guys know it's still going strong and all my other mods have been retired. I love the convenience of the Reo and the reliability. Looks a little different now made a few cosmetic changes. The drip shield is just for looks. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1350577027.644742.jpg
