Hello all. I just started the diy thing a week ago, so far, ive made 3 10 ml flavors, 1 30ml flavor and a 30 ml mix with no flavor. I must say, geeze are my arms tired! At first i just shook up the 10 mls real good and wore me out lol. But im making 80 vg 20pg batches so their pretty thick, but i noticed when i tried a couple flavors in my dripper, one hit id get orange, the next hit id get cream. Anyway, it just seems like their not truly mixed, is there any "easier" way to mix these things up? I was kinda thinkin, it sure would be nice to have something similar to one of those paint shakers like they have at hardware stores and such lol. Well, thanks for any suggestions.

I built myself a DIY magnetic mixer out of YouTube and it works great at mixing my 50 to 100 ml mixes. I also warm up my base with hot water to help incorporate the flavours better. Mix for a hour or so, let the mix sit overnight to subside all the air bubbles then mix again trying to avoid adding bubbles. I do think the magnetic mixer does shorten steep time some but I am a tobacco vaper and I let my juices steep for weeks so I can't be sure.
The less than 20 bucks I spent making the mixer is IMO money and time well spent in getting the best possible vape I can get.

I just shake my mixes for a bit then drop the bottle in a bowl of hot tap water. Remove it when the water cools and put it on the shelf and vape it the next day. I make mostly simple mixes and this works fine for them. If I have strong floral/perfumy odors from a flavoring I generally do not use them any more. I buy small bottles at first so I do not feel bad when I throw them out. I get big bottles of the ones I like.
