I hear you Quasimod. Typically I would ask the supplier to make things right, and I have in the past with my regular supplier. But since this is a custom-mix supplier and I ordered 50/50 PG/VG which I have never done before, I'm not sure if the problem is on their side or mine. Maybe I just can't stand the smell of VG (although another poster said it has no smell). Maybe it cooked in the heat of the mail truck (it was very hot out here this week). Or maybe I can't tolerate the flavorings that particular supplier uses (too much alcohol).

I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt, although ironically the end result will be the same. If there is no problem on his end, I won't be ordering from him again anyway because obviously my nose and tastebuds don't like the juices.

The answer should have been, "Wow, I'm very sorry, please send it back so we can replace it and determine what the problem is". Anything less, and I wouldn't do business with them again.

I totally agree. There are too many suppliers that will literally bend over backwards to please us to be messing around with one that won't.
(But we're not spoiled just a teeny bit, are we?)

Walmart here carries the Humco brand VG in with the skin care products, its a clear bottle with a pink label. I use 30% VG in all my mixes for the extra vapor and to tone down the throat hit a bit.

I have tried vaping the stuff straight and to me it's pretty tasteless. A lot of people say it's slightly sweet, but I can't really taste that.

Ok so it seems that VG is odorless and tasteless for the most part except for a slight sweetness. And I can find no info on the internet about 'spoiled' VG. So most likely it's the alcohol in his flavorings or simply his flavorings that I object to.

I have a pretty sensitive nose. Perhaps he does not. All I know is he is using some flavoring that smells like skunk spray or the musk of a ferret. Either way, not very appetizing!
