question about voltage

hi folks
i am in the 10th. day of quitting analogs using joy510 + usb passthrough.
so far so god.
want to ask about the voltage of the pt and the manual mega battery,i know that the usual joy battery is 3.7 volt,what about the pt & the megabat.?

is there any pt 5v.? other than the homemade ? i just want to try the (upgrading) of the voltage & see whether it is good 4 me or not..
