Have you thought about setting up an Auto-Reorder or Purchasing Method?

Example, for those that have found the "IT" flavor popularly mentioned in other threads, they can choose to automatically re-order on a monthly basis and have them shipped at the same time each month..

Lets say that I like the Parliament 18mg's and order 1 month supply, (4 to 5 packs?) and I know that I want more next month.. You can automatically bill my credit card and ship the order before the cartoz run out..

Just a thought.. Im sure something like that can be done.. I dont know if Paypal allows payments for vaping products but I dont think it would hurt to ask.,.

That would be good for the people who don't like using the internet often or dont have regular access to a computer, they could have an auto reorder page in their account where it has a box of what it would automatically reorder on say the first day of each month, and you could get online and edit the box if you wanted different stuff in the next order.

Smoking Everywhere do that when you order a kit, except they are a ripoff and their products are crap, not to mention they seem to think that a few cartridges should last you a whole month.

Paypal doesn't allow anything ecig related to go through their system. A lot of vendors lost their Paypal accounts due to the FDA sending Paypal a letter about ecigs (I believe this is how that went), I guess basically the same thing happened with sales of these products on ebay.

it doesnt have to be through Paypal if thats what your suggesting. just direct to CC or Debit.

well alot know how hard it is sometimes to cancel a automated cc billing for subcriptions and such... in theory it seems like a good idea... but you would need additional crew to be able to handle the support when either a glitch in the systom occurs or should someone decide to cancel or change their auto order..... and I am not saying it would happen .... but I don't think v4L would want a SE incident to occur.. by not handling auto order cancelations in a timely fasion

so long story short... I think its more headache for what its worth

my nay-saying 2cents worth

I think there is a stigma for a "subscription" type of offering. Although everyone here knows how well V4L treats their customers, as soon as a new customer rolls in and sees something that smacks of SE or Smoke Assassin, they might turn tail and run.

While something like this might add a small convenience factor, the risk (perception and actual implementation) it introduces outweighs any benefits IMO.

well, they are getting more popular and getting new customers and orders in daily... Being in a business that requires alot of label printing, shipping and handling, I know it can be hard to keep up with orders, answering emails, phone calls and so on.

I just think that it would be a good idea for the option to be available to those who choose it.. Also with the right website programing it can be edited, modified and canceled by the click of a mouse if a "my account" page is available to regular customers..

If I was on auto reorder monthly I don't think I would get as many good deals as I like to check the super sales. I like deal hunting and it helps me to try new flavors, who knows what flavor will be my next "IT" flavor. That's how I discovered cappuccino...omg I LOVE cappuccino and I don't even drink much coffee.

That said I understand how this could be nice as an option for some folks and while I get bad feeling at the thought of subscription scams like the smoking everywhere one I would trust the V4L team.
