Fireworks... hmm. I used to enjoy them but the older I get, the more I look at all the smoke and think "what are we doing to the air???" Not to mention I take issue with all that money literally going "up in smoke".

If you did secret santa on PIF, did you stay within the $20 spend limit? And if so, is it only because you dipped into your stash so you weren't technically "spending" more?

IMHO, "Selling out to the man" means that one would compromise their morals, integrity and principles in order to make money. One can be a capitalist and not take advantage of others and do business with integrity.
