question ego -t caps for cartridges

Had a quick question on day 2 of the Ego-T with no real smokes, and noticed it does leak a bit after refilling. I've noticed on supplier sites you can get regular or silicone replacement caps and can replace those instead of the cartridges. Just wondering what the difference is between the 2 and which would be better to purchase? Thanks for any feedback

I used both with my egos. The silicone seemed to leak a little less. Maybe it was in my head. Never had an eGo-t that didn't leak though.
