Question- Kayfun?

Hi, I just bought a kayfun, I like building and I like not buying coils in atty's. I have amassed a good amount of juice at 12 mg which isn't working out for dripping. Will I have the same problem with the kayfun? Is there a build where I could be able to use up 12 mg then change coils then start the 3-6 mg stash? I'm working with a provari and an istick. Kayfun v3. Dripping using an omega for right now. Thank you!

Build a higher ohm coil and you will be able to use all your 12mg juice in your Kayfun as well as your RDA's.

I'm vaping 12 mg juice in a kayfun 3.1 right now. Having at least 15 watts of variable power (preferably 20 watts) will provide amazing performance with a decent build in a kayfun. A simple 28 gauge single coil with a diameter suitable for the thickness of your juice and a resistance of 1.5 - 2.0 will do you well.

Agreed. I vaped 12 mg in my kayfuns for a long time using a 1.5 ohm micro coil and wicked with either cotton or rayon using a DNA 30 device.

Try it and find out. Most people have to drop a level coming from clearomizers to a kayfun, but it's not as bad as dripping at low resistances. I needed to go from 12 to 6 when I started building, but a lot of people use 12 in a kayfun no sweat.

If all else fails, you can always start buying zero nic juice in the same flavors as your 12mg and mix half of each to get to 6mg.

I did a 1.3 on the omega. It was my first really decent build. But it choked me out at 4V. I upped it to 1.7 and lowered to 3.5 V and that helped a lot. I just ordered the kayfun I'm just waiting for it to get here but when I choked it dawned on me the kayfun is the same idea only with a juice chamber. Upping the ohms decreases heat and vapor from what I feel. I didn't want to sacrifice too much. My 1.7 coil is a dual 30G it takes a few seconds to heat up and I have dual air holes completely open. The flavor is ok but the vapor could be higher.
In the future I could lower my ohms with lower nic to achieve denser vapor correct?

When it gets here I will wrap a 1.5 with 28 g and see how that does while I play with voltage/wattage. I'm excited again, I get the flavor of a dripper but resistance in the airflow. It should be what I'm expecting I hope.

I picked up a 250mL bottle of VG from the drug store for about $5 and use that to mix down some of my strong tasting, and stronger nic, juice for RDA/RBA use, or for weekends when I find myself chain vaping heavily.

I use 2 to 3 mg in my kayfuns and it gives a good throat hit. I recommend them for people who want to step down.

I picked up a Kayfun lite and a nano for black friday. I'm building a 2.4mm coil to 1.2-1.3 ohms with organic cotton for use on an MVP2. Running it anywhere from 9.5 to 10.5 W and I get pretty good taste but I see if I push it to 11W on the MVP, the cotton seems to burn easy. I'm looking at getting an IPV mini (30W) but worry that anything over 11Watts is going to burn the wicks. Am I on target here?

The 12mg isn't working out for dripping because you are using thicker gauge and higher power than what you were using before.
If you use 30 or 32 gauge in your drippers you can vape the 12mg at lower power as you did before but without buying coilheads and without spending twice as much on juice.
