From what I have researched on it it has to do with the wick, 2.8 has 1 big thread 1.8 has 3 smaller thread,s and then how tightly and how many times coiled around. If you have a multimeter you can turn any head into any Ohm that you want. Again just going by what I have read. 2.8 can be recoiled to 1.8 and vice versa.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

think of it like this.
if you stretched a 14 guage wire across a car battery, it would heat and glow, and burn in half pretty quick.
if you put a 1/4 inch rod across there it would got hot and turn red, but would take longer to burn in half.

the 14 ga wire has less resistance, so it takes less energy to heat it.
the 1/4" rod has high resistance, so it takes more energy to heat it.

Hmmm, confusing question. You can unscrew the head from one mini vivi-nova and put in another one if you want.

Yes you can, when you switch it the Ohm changes to whatever the head that you put in is. You can even just buy replacement heads forever as long as the tank is good, it's the 2nd most affordable way to use the vivi and one of it's selling points. (Most affordable is to learn to re wick it.)

That's a good question I plan to get a meter someday, I just do 4 tight coils and aslong as it vapes well I'm happy XD

Are you running a battery with short protection? Evic or similar? I wouldn't want to just coil a head and throw it on any battery without testing it.
