Hi I've not bought from them personally but have been to their website and with some things you should read the wording very very carefully because they are selling clones or fakes and some might get the impression they are buying the real thing. Like the vision spinner 2 for.example. they are charging as much as a real one but use the wording vision spinner 2 style. Key word is "style" most won't catch this and can think they are buying the genuine product. This can be upsetting when they find out its a fake. So as long as you know your products your buying and don't mind a clone version then I'm sure they are a good place to order. Just be cautious of how things are worded and know the products your buying. Hope this helps and best wishes.

O I know I am buy clones. I personally can't justify spending hundreds on real mods or whatever, but that just me. I rather spend the big money on fishing stuff lol but not vaping.

I wanted to know if anyone buy from their website? They have some good deals on clones and all that but how long does shipping take? Is their shipping headquarters in China?

They ship from China.

Takes 2 to 3 months to reach me in the Caribbean.
I think it's better to make 3 or 4 orders than to make 1 big order to sort of scatter it out; My 2nd and 4th order have not arrived yet. Not because of fasttech; it's because of the mail. I could order stuff from ebay, but then I have to pay international freight charges; fasttech uses international mail, not freight.

Anywhere from shockingly fast from China to excruciatingly slow.
Since you have no way to know which you are getting don't order something you need right way, be pleasantly surprised if you happen to get it fast. (And it's not always their fault if it goes slow.)

If you should happen to have to return something then it can get painful. They like pictures so don't throw packing away until you're sure you have everything and it all works. Once you get the language barrier broken you're in for a wait while your package goes to FL and then another package comes from China.

They've become my main Ecig purchase place. Like you, I don't have hundreds to spend on ecigs. Orders usually take 2 to 6 weeks for delivery, and those weeks are LONG... :) luckily, they offer free tracking numbers. I've had one RMA issue with them, and they sent a replacement. Just don't expect speedy delivery, and you'll be fine.

Some hints for ordering with them... if you order batteries, order them seperate... China has transportation issues with lithium batteries, and they'll take longer to get through customs.
Pay attention to how long it takes to ship.. add that to the time it takes for you to get the item.
Sometimes, high demand items may take a bit longer. That is not by their fault, but due to their supplier not providing the items. I've only had that happen to me once.
Listen to people's reviews.. they're brutal with their reviews there which is a good thing. They critique if it's made of brass, hole positions, overall looks.. just everything. Put it this way, one comment kept criticizing them for putting one airhole on a dual coil dripper. While that may not be wholly bad, since you can drill a second one, the second hole would have to be placed in the middle of the logo. These are things I wouldn't have thought of by myself. :)
Again, read the reviews. most questions or concerns would be listed there.

There can be some great mods there. So far, I've gotten two vamos, a caravella clone, several drippers and atomizers, etc.. for the most part, most everything was well made or as expected. The one RMA was a piece missing from a mini protank.. they told me to keep the old one, and sent me a new mini protank.

All in all, good company, awesome prices, but don't expect it to be speedy.

Yeah, I've used Fasttech a couple of times. Er, dozen. Couple dozen. Don't judge me.

10 days from date of shipping is my average wait time, USA east coast. Biggest hurdle is getting over the "restocking" thing for items that FT has to wait to arrive from the factories. That wait has taken as long as a couple of weeks for me.

I generally order stuff from there that I'm in no hurry to get. At least, I tell myself that I'm in no hurry to get it.

Saw this and thought I'd confirm what a previous reply stated. If you order anything with a battery in it vape or otherwise it will take 24 to 26 days to the USA it will come from their Singapore warehouses. If you only order mods, atty's, or just machined parts it will take only 7 to 9 days. I read somewhere that they have a Los Angeles warehouse but none of the 6 or 7 orders I got so far originated in LA.

edit: while your on your check out page each line item will show it's expected in-house expect date or if it's stocked it will show it's expected ship date. I noticed on my last order the Black/Copper Stingray 26650 clone would be in stock-ready to ship 5 days after the date of order. Effectively adding 5 days to the eight day shipping. So look carefully at your check out page.

note: not one of my orders really did create a user account for me, so later on I could not easily track or determine the arrival date. None the less they are a very reliable company and reasonably priced.

i love fasttech, i buy all my mods there. Just dont expect to get it for 2-4 weeks. Buy it, and forget it. Then you will have a niceeeeeee suprise sooner or later in the post.

I used to kill myself over buying fasttech, keep checking tracking numbers for updates almost 30 times a day. Then one day I was like im just going to buy it and forget it. Sure enough everything ive purchased from them has arrived to me. Ive never waited longer than.....I believe the longest from them was 24 working days to my front door. But usually it will be with me within 2 1/2 weeks.

I just gave up on them. Had several orders previous with no problem. But on my last order, they shipped my Ithaka clone with most of the pieces missing; it was completely useless. Also had a display stand arrive broken into many pieces. A 5 pack of clearomizers all were the wrong resistance, as well as the replacement heads being the wrong resistance also. A chi you clone mod I ordered was bent and was cross-threaded. Contacted them about replacement items and was told that I would have to pay again for them, but only when I placed another order!

Needless to say, I gave up on them and will try focalecig or angelcigs in the future.

+1 for Angelcigs. Limited selection but, fast ship. Just got a SS Nemesis and Kayfun Lite in 5 days (ordered on wed 5-14 got on mon 5-19) not bad for free ship.
*edit : Plus, they are cheap!:D Less than $40 for the pair. I don't know if it's still good but there was a coupon code "10%off"
