fast tech is cheap because everything is made local to them. fast tech headquarters is actually in florida but all the stock is in china. They sell both clones and genuine products at steep discounts. If you dont mind waiting a couple weeks to get your order, they are a great place to get cheap products.

From what I knpw fast tech is just a distributor. They items that we order come from other companies. I ordered a liquid, and got a ticket saying they were brought the wrong liquid and they returned it waiting for the right one
I bought 3 of the Ego-C twists and they are all working perfectly! A lot of people (like me) don't want to take the time to do reviews. I think I've ordered about 5 times from them and get my packages in about 7 days. I have not had a problem with anything I've ordered yet.
You probably just need to waggle the centrepost on the winder to raise it by a millimetre, same thing happens with the Joyetech, it's not really a quality issue, after a while the centre post can get pushed down slightly and so the tank doesn't make contact.
I've ordered a couple evods and Panasonic ncr18650pd's from them. All were great (especially the batteries) and I got them within a week or so. I recommend getting batteries from them to everyone. They even come with cases.
