I have been vaping on 5mg nic with clearomizers for a while now without this experience. Recently, I got on using genesis. Several new things I experience with this. When I start vaping, or when I just drink water, or ate something then I vape the genesis type. Then I feel itch in my mouth and throat for a while. After around 5 or 10 vapes, it slow down and slowly disappear.
Is it the PG is hitting me or nicotine? I feel that it is the PG, but I am new to this so I want to hear advice from the pro.
Thanks.

genny users will tell you that nicotine delivery in a genny is more pronouced than that of a clearo/carto. So you could try lowering your nic level to see if that helps.

IMO, and this is just ME and me alone here, but Gennies do not agree with me. The taste, the TH and a bit of itching comes to me when i vaped gennies. I do not use them at all due to these reasons. Could be something with the SS wicks or the type of wire, idk. but i had similar expereinces with gennies and thats why i am CT guy/Silica guy.

YMMV

Since the PG and nic doesn't bother you in clearos I would hazard a guess and say it has something to do with the mess, wire or both. Gennies do pack a bigger punch so like cerver said you could try lowering your nic level. When I think of itching in the mouth I think of allergies. You could be allergic to the mesh, wire or vapor that a gennies produces.

There are two things I changed that itching goes away. 1- I increased a lot of VG. and 2- I found that the coil turned red after keep firing it for a long time. After a lot of playing with the coil and wick, I got it to no red. Now, I am vaping without itching for several hours. I tried to drink a lot, still no itching. Let see how it goes tomorrow, after a long sleep.
