Question on ohms - going from 1.3 to 1.1

I'm rebuilding my Kanger heads with 28GA kantall and 1/16th drill bit. I did 8 wrap total (6 coils) and on one build 1 wrap I got 1.3ohms and on another wrap I got 1.1. The 1.1 was killer at 10watts on my MVP. I can't seem to get 1.1 ohms again. It's blowing my mind how I got it once.

I will say on the 1.1 the device would shut down prior to the 10 second cut off timer. Does the 1.1 coil lower in ohms as it heats up over time causing the device to shut off if it dropped under 1 ohm?

.2 ohms is almost withing the error limit of most testers.. For what it's worth. OR you could have had a slightly tighter wrap on the 1.1 or shorter legs. Were talking small fractions of an inch here.

could even be from tighter or looser post screws or atomizer to tester connection.

With a .1 ohm difference I gotta believe the performance differences are going to be found in places other than the coil.. Ie wicking, the power levels of the mod and the charge state of the battery. All of these would affect things more than a .1ohm difference in the coil.
