Their customer service IS horrible. I cancelled my order, talked to them on the phone, and they sent it to me anyway!

I have been wondering what model number this thing is too! Thanks for your info. I now have a few other cigs that I use but it would be nice to find a replacement part or two for this just in case. And $20 for an atomizer? After what they did, I won't be buying anything more from them.

My SS Choice No. 7 Stealth is coming in the mail tommorrow, been waiting a few extra days since it's been on backorder...I hope that I have better results. The only difference with the stealth is a black battery and doesn't have the common LED at the tip. I guess that might help battery time, idk. Live an learn I guess...this will be my first e-cig.
 
So, as a follow-up to this, apparently the head honcho at E-Cigarettes-Choice saw my video reviews on YouTube and contacted me there about my dead battery problem. He ended up sending me 3 batteries, 2 atomizers, another wall charger and a USB charger, and a bottle of menthol liquid.

He said they've been having some problems with their customer service side of things lately. I don't know how true that is, but at least I got some spare parts for the guys I gave my No. 7 to.
