As near as I can tell from my reading here and several other web sites, the FA tobaccos are quite potent. It was recommended somewhere else, especially when working in small quantities like for the initial test batches, to dilute it down a good bit while working with it. For the FA tobacco concentrate, it recommended diluting it down to about 1%, which the instructions I found have you diluting it down to 10% and from there down to 1% in two steps (I think primarily for ease of mathematical computations and consistency).
My question comes between the 10% to 1% dilution. Is it necessary to let the original 10% mixture set so the base and flavoring can blend/meld/marry or whatever it is they do with time, or can I immediately take it down to the 1% solution? Do I then have to let the 1% set before I mix it with other flavors?
