question to extracting vapers: how much you consider nicotine in your extraction?

hoping you are vaping well,
i am looking for reasonable answer to the following question:
How much i should assume of nicotine content in a pipe tobacco or cigar extraction?

okay, i know it is a big question and is not really easy to answer.
however, pls tell me about your tries, measures,....
.
let us try to collect some several answer and try get use of them all.

I'll add a bit more, here. The best info that I've seen, suggests probably a maximum of 1.5-2%, with 1.2% or less being more realistic.

This would depend greatly upon the method of extraction, and the type of tobacco. I would not expect high efficiency of alkaloid extraction with a very simple extraction, though I have seen some research that suggests that simple water soaks can be fairly effective. I'm not sure how a less polar solvent like PG or VG would compare, though.

The dilution of simple extracts would usually be great, and generally result in low concentrations, I would assume.

yes i read the same.
the simple water extraction looks like much effective than both PG and VG.
Some extraction shows nicotine crystals, as said, which means 100%.
the issue was the quantity of those nicotine crystals. which could be more if some lemon drops added to the water extraction, as said..... i need yet to give it a try. heh distilled water is not easy available.
