I just got my Mini a couple days ago and so far my batteries are lasting around 8 hours of moderate (not heavy) vaping. I'm using the AW IMR 18350 (700 mAh) battery with a Boge LR 2.0 carto. I'm very surprised by this because those same batteries only last me 3 or 4 hours on my Mechanical Mod. With the Mini, they're powerful and long lasting, which is of course just fine with me. :) If you don't have a Mini yet, when you get it, just click the button 11 times and it'll do a battery check for you. I've "heard" that the hi reading could be as much as 4.4 or so, going down to about 3.3 or 3.4 before the button starts to blink and tell you to charge the battery. Anyhow, if you're concerned about the batteries and how long they'll last, I think for such small batteries they last a long time. I would take an extra battery with me if I were going out for the day but probably wouldn't have to use it.

Hopefully someone who uses a 1.5 dual coil carto will jump in here and give you more information.

crazy. I have never seen 4.4 on a fully charged battery. 4.2 has been the highest on my entire vaping career.

a mini on dual coil carto 2.0 at around 4.3V - 4.5V last me about 2+ hours heavy vaping. This is usually on my day off chillin in the house WHEN im on mini mode vaping til my lungs says s-t-o-p!. Single coils are a better choice for ME. I can't really see a big difference when using single coils metered at 2.0

Thewoman li-ion batts only go up to 4.2v at full charge. 4.4v it may explode at but chargers cut it off at 4.2v. The provari also cuts the battery off at 3.2-3.4v for safety .You never really want to take the batt down below 3v .

To the op i get around 3 hours with a 1.5dc at 4.2-4.5v. I rarely use dc's though as they have never performed as good as a boge for me and they drain batts faster.

I have a sneaking suspicion that you and MrAftrmth are right. Your numbers are what I'm actually experiencing. The number I gave (4.4) was given to me but it seems too high in actual practice. My last fresh battery started out at 4.1 and my last spent battery petered out at 3.3.

All I've read everywhere is that the dual coil cartos (DCC) drain the batteries too fast. I've been more than happy with the Boge LR 2.0 and have lots of those. I can't imagine any other carto giving me 'more' than I already have and am real happy with.

Yea the max on any 3.7v cell is 4.2v. You should never see it higher then that unless there's some catastrophic failure about to happen. Chargers will cut the batt off or batt protection will kick in at 4.1-4.2.

Yea theres nothing like good boges imo. I like the SR's on the provari though . Gives more flexibility with vv.I use LR on standard 3.7v mods.

Agreed with everyone else: avoid dual-coil cartos unless you have some specific reason to use them, because they will greatly shorten battery life as a result of requiring higher voltage to attain the same wattage at two coils instead of one.

I have a theory that SmokTech came up with dual-coils to work with tanks, with the assumption that you'd need a second coil to vape the juice nearer the top of the long cartos they sell. In reality, the second coil isn't necessary even in the XL Boge cartos that are the same length as the SmokTech dual-coils.

I have never seen the advantage of using dual-coil cartos, but they sure seem to be popular. I don't get it at all.
