Question - VZ's "DIY-Flavoring" (not the SCs & Gourmet SCs)

It seems so many of them look to be TFA (and so many of us assume they are). I'd never been able to snag the TFA Honeydew in-stock from WZ, so I ordered some of the VZ Honeydew from the "DIY Flavoring" section. It is very very strong and very very good - it's got that magical Honeydew-thing that makes a perfect honeydew melon so incredible.

I recently got the TFA Honeydew from WZ - and just compared the two (by smell) last night. WHOA, these are definitely NOT the same flavor.

I see that VZ has a "DIY-Flavoring" called Honeysuckle Nectar...hmmm (I'm diggin' Honeysuckle - I'm using TFA now)

I see that VZ has a "DIY-Flavoring" Absinthe...hmmm (I'm rapidly 'making friends' with TFA Absinthe, even though I've always despised 'black licorice').

Questions:

--Does anybody know for sure if VZ's "DIY-Flavoring"s are actually TFA?
--Is VZ's Honeysuckle Nectar different from TFA's Honeysuckle? If so, how?
--Is VZ's Absinthe different from TFA's? If so, how?

Bonus question: Is there an Absinthe flavor that's more like real Absinthe than TFA's (I've read TFA's is not very 'herbal' compared to true Absinthe liquor).

I'm off to clean/condense bottles and we're gonna have a "mixing festival" until dawn!

TIA - vape ON!

I'm pretty sure, maybe 90% sure, that the Cinnamon Danish is the same. As to the others, no, I'm not sure. Honestly it drives me a bit buggy when companies do that. Why not just say what they are right there in black and white. One stop shopping is a good thing. Buying something unknown isn't. It's crazy making.

Thank you!

I am going to email VZ and ask, but I wanted to get an order in last weekend for Monday shipping - so I thought I'd throw out my questions to see if anyone 'knew for sure'.

EXACTLY! How in the world can we 'cook' successfully if we don't even know what the ingredients taste like? And without knowing the vendor of each flavoring, we DON'T KNOW! GRRRRRR

On top of that, the price at WZ for TFA/other is $1.49 for 8 mls. I don't want the same flavor/s from VZ for $2.79/5ml or $4.79/10ml. I'm just not into tearing up my money and throwing it to the wind for no reason at all!

But if I cannot source a specific flavor at a lower price elsewhere (due to lower-priced vendors being out of stock), and I need it badly enough to pay higher prices...the last thing on earth I want is to 'pay more to get what I need now' only to find out that what I got is NOT what I needed at all! And of course, I might not find that out until after I spent more money than necessary (and ruined big bottles of juices).

Bottom line basically - WE are the consumers; WE are the ones parting with our hard-earned money. We have the right to know what we are buying BEFORE we buy it. It seems like many purveyors of 'flavors' (and other vape-related goods), have come to the conclusion the they only thing that we deserve is the right to make sure they make money...and we end up wasting mega hours/dollars just trying to get them do what they should have done (or if we don't, we end up wasting mega dollars/hours ruining our juices).

The only way I found to get authentic TFA flavor was to order directly from them.

We've been assured that the Signature line at ECX and what WZL labels as TFA are authentic TFA. Do you have info that indicates otherwise? If so, PLEASE do share :)

Also, has anyone noticed that some of the less-than-favorable reviews have disappeared at VZ? I'm almost positive I left a few (and saw them posted), but they're not there now. (On the other hand, I left quite a few reviews at different vendors 'early on', and some I wrote and didn't ever post...so I could just be remembering what I envisualized doing).

Vape ON!

I get the VZ super concentrated flavors… I'm new to DIY, and of the others I've tried, i've had very mixed results.
Not saying their bad, i just don't know enough about the art…

Love the VS SC… so easy to use; 2 to 3% goes a long way, and they usually taste great right away.

I have yet to get TFA right… for me. IMO it takes more skill to get TFA right… so far.

I have numerious TFA flavors which I ordered from WL in 8ml. bottles and also from TFA direct in larger sizes and they look the same, smell the same and when mixed at same percentages they vape the same. WL has the best price for small quanities and TFA has best prices for large quanities and is rarely out of stock unlike WL.
