Does V4L send you an email after you place your order? like thank you for your order type of thing? I tried to place an order and i put in my CC info but after that it took me to a screen to sign in. I tried to sign in and it didnt do anything excet clear the blanks and tell me to sign in again. I know i have my password correct cause i had it send me my password to my email. I just dont wanna do it again and it send me 2 orders.

Restart your browser and/or computer. Go to their website and log in. From there you should be able to review your orders and see if they have an order placed for your account.

As long as your are sure that they have the correct email account for you, yes they do send an order confirmation and an email to let you know that your order has shipped.

I never got confirmation emails. But did get website confirmation right away. And would log in to my account to see updates from the website when it shipped. I thought was odd I never got any confirmation emails when I checked out but np cuz it was always shipped within a day or so.

I can get into my account on my android phone and look at the order but i cant get into it on my laptop. Ill have to call them and ask. Thanks guys

I always get a confirmation and shipping e-mail. Have you checked your "junk" folder? Maybe a spam blocker is intercepting the e-mails.

I know that I need to choose from a drop down menu for billing & shipping. They are always blank for me until I do so.

I get sales, order confirmations, and shipping emails good. But anything else, like the time they had to give a gift certificate to me for stuff I ordered but was not in stock, goes right to my spam folder. I always check that.

I am using IE browser. When the screen comes up for me to log on i enter my email addy and password then click "logon" it just refreshes the same page and clears the blanks where i had put my email and password in.
