Assume all the PG based flavoring is PG.

Unless you are accounting for the volume of the mass of nicotine in the VG, then I could see accounting for the tiny amount of mass the flavoring has, but then I would wonder why the impurities are not also accounted for.

But that much fretting over tiny amounts of components that do not effect the flavor or effect of the juice baffles my mind.

If I mix up a VG nic, VG base and 20% TPA Flavoring, what could the possible PG percentage be? I know the TPA is PG based, but obviously it can't be all PG. Anyone hazard a guess how much percentage wise TPA actual flavoring is compared to carrier?

You could e-Mail Linda at TPA and ask her what percentage of the flavoring your using is PG.

Since there is no other source of PG in your DIY, the amount of PG in the final mix would be,

(.2 x ((The Flavoring PG %)/100)) x 100

I'm just guessing but if I was on Jeopardy I would say that TPA Flavors have 75% PG to 25% Pure Flavor.

Exactly . there is no such thing as a 100% VG juice unless you using one of the very few flavorings in a VG base .

There are Allmost No 100% PG Free e-Liquids out there. Because there are Allmost No 100% PG Free Flavors.

Now you could get 100% VG Nicotine Base, cut it with Pure VG and add no flavoring.

But that might taste kinda tan.
