$10.74 Authentic Sony US18650GR 3.7V "2600mAh" Rechargeable Li-Ion Batteries (2-Pack) - tested capacity: 2550mAh / protected / button top at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
$6.11 JD-18650C-A2 Battery Charger for 2*18650 Recahrgeable Li-Ion Batteries - 4.2V/1000mA*2 output / US plug / black at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

These are the 2 items im looking at. But when i looked at the battery info, and the battery rated voltage was 3.7V. And then i checked the charger, and the output was 4.2V, and i wanted to know that do these 2 work together, because i checked 5 chargers and they all had the 4.2V output.

tl;dr Does a 4,2V output charger work on a 3.7V rated voltage battery

Those appear to be protected ICR chemistry batteries. They're not high drain or safe chemistry. They are obsolete for use in vaporizers. Not recommended.

You want IMR chemistry batteries. These are unprotected, high drain, safe chemistry, and high amp output, like below. Pay particular attention to brand and model numbers. I also recommend purchasing only from reputable battery vendors like RTD Vapor, Illumn, Lighthound, or Orbtronics.

Ahh Printed circuit board. Yes another issue is the length is longer with the protect button on the top. They can be used for vaping if your mod will accept the longer length and you stay below the trip amperage for the protect button. The protect button resets with connection to a charger if you trip it, at least all I have seen do. They are safer for vaping than an ICR one with no protection.
However IMR batteries are recommended for vaping. Safer.

The charger, like nyiddle said, not a good choice. Check out the Nitecore I2.
Without info on what your mod is and what resistance you run in your atomizer recommending a battery other than the one you are interested in can't be done beyond what GrandSam recommends. The 'right' battery would be capable of providing approximately twice the amps that your setup requires.
