if its the same style box with our logo then yes, we have a few that are in those boxes and not our other colored boxes, the Phoenix themselves should be a bottom coil, check thhe cartomizer to make sure you received the right pack and that the cartos themselves are like in the pic below with the wick being at the bottom

Also remember to fill these upside down, this will keep the pressure properly in the tank itself ensuring a perfect vape with no leaking, I just noticed it was you V1john, oh boy, good memories with you and the whole crew 4 years ago at the brink of thew explosion of all ce2 styled cartos and tanks and even the ce3 styled BC we all use today, good times

:) Hi there!

Yes, they look like in the picture, and the wick is at the bottom. The only thing different seems to be the color of the box is now green and yellow.
thanks, they ran out fo boxes so they used out top coil boxes, or else that order would o f been delayed or sent in their white boxes with their info etc..

What are the ce3 you say you all use today?

I hope these phoenix cartos I just bought are good. So far the first carto I picked has had leaking problems at the conector from the very first fill.
I used to be able to fill them between 10 to 30 times before they would leak in the past. The only thing different is that these are 2.4 ohms, and I
think before you used to sell 2.6 ohms.

Are these known to have leaking problems?

Usually not... if filled properly as badkola mentioned above. I believe you "reset" them by turning them upside down and gently blowing into them... use a kleenex or paper towel on the other end.

BC's work by having a slight back pressure ( like a vacuum ) and if they end up being positively pressured instead, they will tend to leak. Filling slowly and upside down as instructed usually avoids that issue. Also, don't vape hard or fast... take long slow vapes instead.
