Questions about changing an order.

Is it likely to get an order changed? I mean between the time the order is placed and shipped?
If so, what's the process entail... I thought I read about it somewhere, but can find it and also don't know if it's changed since then.

I messed up and ordered 11mg when I meant to order something else - completely my fault and not expecting anything in this instance since it's obviously been shipped already. But for future reference, let's say I place an order Sunday night and notice I messed up - is it easy to get it changed if I contact someone early the following day? Especially if the item I intended to get was the same price?

And assuming the price was the same, would there be any additional charges? Or would you have to do credit/recharge regardless of whether there was a difference in price? Restock/recharge/other fees?

You would need to open a ticket which you can find on madvapes' home page. Besides calling, that's the best way to get through to them. If the item is the same price, there would be no extra charge. I've made similar mistake myself in the past and they got it corrected almost every time. Sometimes they get the order processed and shipped so quickly that there might not be time.

I would Deff call I had this happen once I ordered the wrong item and they had no problem changing it for me and still shipped the same day

Of the many orders I've made, I've yet to use their customer service or the ticket system, so I haven't got a clue as to what to expect. Seems pretty straight forward and easy though
