Ok, I just got my first liquid, cola flavoring, and looking at it all very strangely. I wanted to try to make cola e-liquid but started looking at all the calculators and everyone of them says that I need to add more PG or VG to the mix .

So help me out here, cause I don't know what I'm doing wrong, or reading it wrong. I have:
48mg pg Nic juice
Cola flavoring
VG for cutting the nic juice
I wanted to make 3ml of about 30mg strength to see if I can do it, but now I'm lost. I might be willing to go down to 24mg, but wanted the stronger juice.

What ratio of PG/VG are you looking to mix?

OK Kythcat here we go:

1. I hope you have a pipette I will give mls and drop sizes and I am assuming 25 drops = 1ml

Add
2. 47 drops (1.9 mls) 100% 48 mg/ml PG nic juice
3. 15 drops (.65 mls) Vg
4. 8 drops (.35 mls) Cola Flavor
5. Shake and Vape

This will give you a sauce that is approx 80pg/20vg at 30mg/ml. If you have a sweetner I would add 1 drop. Hope this helps and Merry Christmas

Enter 3 (ml to make), 30 (desired strength), 0 (water/vodka/pga), 72 (% PG), 28 (% VG), 48 (mg nic juice), 100 (% PG in nic juice), 0 (% VG in nic juice) - The 20 drops/ml is ok.
Add a Cola and set it at 10%



Basically, add 38 drops of nic juice, 15 drops of VG and 7 drops of Cola...

I know the "Total PG goal" and "Total VG goal" is a bit counter intuitive, but it takes into account the PG that is in your nic juice too, therefore you need to tweak those to find where you don't need to add more PG.
Alternatively you could have set both the PG goal and the PG in nic juice to 100% and just added VG instead of the PG that the recipe says

WomanofHeart-- I wasn't worried about the pg/vg ratio at the moment. I just wanted to try to make my own juice to see if I would like DIY or not.

Thought I would let y'all know-- I finally made it. Went back to the calculator and was able to adjust it to make 10ml instead of 3. Now to let it sit for a while before trying it.-

See?? I did learn something from reading the boards.
