Ok so I just got the ipv4 and I want to use the temp control, but im not familiar with using it so I have a few questions. How do I know what temp to set it at? Is there a specific way to build a wick the coil? Do I just set the wattage like I normally would? Also I will be buying the Zephyrus tank with the build deck, could I do nickel builds in that tank? Thank you, and sorry if these are dumb questions lol I just need some help understanding all this.

start out low -about 420 and slowly go up to suit your taste. set the joules like you would set your watts. so start at 420 degrees and 25 joules-from there you can adjust accordingly to find the settings that you like. slowly go up until it gets too hot for you and then throttle back. just like you would do for any new coil on any mod...
as far as builds, if you want to use temp control they can ONLY be nickel builds . if you use kanthal then you must use it in the regular power/watts settings. remember, nickel=temp control kanthal=watts setting only
any tank could be used for temp control if you only use nickel for the builds- again, if you use kanthal it must be set to vape in watts/power only, if you use nickel it must be in joule/temp control. simple, just don't forget or you will ruin your coil.
as far as specific builds, go to youtube and find a video on how to build with nickel wire. it has a different learning curve than kanthal builds. hope this helps
