so im new to vaping been doing so much research, btw almost 3 days without an analogue, my question is about what i need to run a low resistance atty/catro. i know not to use em on my yeti 510 batteries, can someone tell me what i need to do it and what i need to know so i can decide if a device can use them.

I've seen various vendor warnings but they range from no lower than 340mAh - like a 10440 in the Janty Stick or 440mAh. Any eGo or Riva would do or any mod with a say a 14500. 510 mega batts are at 280mAh and there are a few KR8 batts that might pass the 340mAh mark but they're rather long.
