I struggle everyday with urges of many kind that I stopped using ALONG time ago. I will not go into them any farther here but I fight them for my family. I will say that I am almost thirty day with .......... I am very proud of that would not suggest anyone to use it in anyway except if the person has a legit medical prescription and issue. ONLY UNDER DOCTORS ORDERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That being said I am switching because of my family. My wife is a smoker and we are looking for a vape system for her. She likes the look of the tank system but is worried about it being too wide and long for a little hands. She does not like the style like the blu or anything else that. I think she likes the idea of refilling the tanks and being able to see the juice. Refilling the tanks is a another reason of me buy a tank system because we have use nothing but Zippo lighters for the past year now and find great pleasure in refilling them and so does she. Any suggestion for us to look at would be greatly appreciated.

I love reading on these forums and really don't want to go to anything that is in anyway close to a book. My ADD will not allow my to.
I tend to jump from one post to other. I have only found to forum site and am registered to both this one and another by the name of epicecigreviews forum. They have a tab on their homepage for it. If anyone could point me to a few other it would really help me get the most information I can get.

I suffer from Bipolar, Insomnia, Mild Depression, really bad nerves, ( can not spell it the way it is put on paper) and ADD. I was wondering if the switching process is going to increase, decrease, or have any at all effect to these problems?

I do not want to go to a medical professional or Dr. for I fear they will not give me info on it or tell me something it is going mess with the medicines I am taking. For they only have one thing in mind most of the time and that Money. As much most of them they say they don't want you smoke it is all an act for they want u as sick as possible so that you keep coming back and they keeping your money. At least that is the case in my area 75-95% of the time.

My other questions in the post are always open. I would like to get as much info as possible.Thank you to those who have showed support and given me information on question.

P.S. Any recovering or addict need someone to talk to or find themselves worryed about symptoms of withdraw they are having. Fill free to e-mail me and I will try to help as much as I can I know it is a hard thing to go through but worth it all in the end for a better healthier you.

Cigarettes also provide MAIO type antidepressants. As a result, you should be aware that SOME of your symptoms could flare up a bit with switching. IF they do, and I don't think they happen to everyone, it would be worth looking into whole tobacco alkaloids, also know as WTA liquids, or supplement with Snus. My GAD gave me an uptick in anxiety when I quit, but it was manageable. I am not a doctor and I can not say one way or another if you'll experience this or not.

As for Halo, it's a reputable company that makes great liquids. You should do great with them. Just be aware that when looking for other toppers, your choices are limited to 808D-1 threading. 510 is far more common.

if you understand the limitations of you atomizer (coil that heats the liquid), mods should not be dangerous. If you do get into building your own coils or anything like that, you'll want to look into getting an ohm reader, which will measure the resistance or your coils and tell you if your battery is suitable for the task with a little bit of math. Also, with ANY battery, even the Halo batteries, it is safest to only use the charger they came with. It's important not to use a charger that delivers more power then your battery can handle. It's alsom important not to drain them fully. This shouldn't be an issue for halo batteris, as the device will cut of before it gets there. It's this feature that keeps me to regulated mods.

Regulated mods have computer chips that will sometimes be able to sense the resistance of your coil and safeguard against over discharging batteries. Unregulated mods do not have this, and you must remember to check for this yourself. I do not recommend unregulated mods for anyone unfamiliar with ohms law, the calculations needed to make sure you are in a safe range. They are not dangerous if you know what you are doing.

Congrats on becoming a soon to be Vaper! I know it can be a scary transition, it was for me, I was worried what if I can't do it...now 3 months and 4 weeks later I am smoke free and the thought of a cigarette turns my stomach the smell of someone smoking will literally make me puke! They now taste so awful, I have a full pack of cigarettes in my purse that only have two cigarettes missing from it and it is my reminder to not smoke..my car no longer smells of smoke, which is awesome! I won't allow anyone to smoke in my car either now that I don't smoke! I am a full on Vaper! Even got told by my doctor today that it was a lot better than smoking and that he was happy that I made the switch! My blood pressure is down, my lungs sound clearer, and my cholesterol is even to the point where I no longer need to take cholesterol medications! :D I am thrilled to get such a good clean bill of health other than my MS and fibromyalgia, which aren't going anywhere even if I do vape! LOL Good luck vaping! I wish you all the success in the world!

Well, you started with a bang. Of all my previous bad habits smoking was the hardest to give up. Impossible actually.
Quit in one day, did suffer. Lots of weird emotions. Almost 3 years. Used cig alikes for the first 2 years.
Thought Modders were strange. I fell down the rabbit hole. I'm now a drippin' fool.
Never say never haha..

Congratulations on your choice to switch!! It's a HUGE learning experience and there is so much about vaping that is interesting. Don't be surprised if it becomes a hobby for you and your wife. I had no intentions of having anything other than my eRoll (kinda like Blu, but better), and now I think I have 5 devices, build my own coils and use mods along with my ego-style ecigs.

If you have some brain chem disorders, it may be a bit harder for you than for many you read here. I wasn't diagnosed with anything, but that stuff runs in my family and I am predisposed to "episodes", although not common, severe, or long-lasting enough to need medication. Cigarettes (I found out AFTER I quit) gave me the mood stabilization I needed. I was able to quit right away using ecigs, but it didn't last, and I fell off the wagon for a short time (literally a week one time and a month another. but still vaped while I smoked) before I finally was able to put smoking behind me.

Don't think that if you need to smoke that you shouldn't--just keep your focus on quitting, and if you keep vaping then eventually you will be able to stop. It can take a bit more determination, but it wasn't really that hard when I think back on it.

I second the suggestion that if you end up really having cravings that are uncontrollable, look to whole tobacco alkaloid juice (search the forum for WTA) or Swedish snus to supplement your vaping. It contains all the natural MAOI's in tobacco and can really calm you down and help you focus if nic-only juice just isn't cutting it.

I wish you the very best--you made a good choice for your first vaping setup. Halo is a good product--lots of good feedback by members who started with them. My suggestion is to get a 3rd one for backup, because if the one you have dies or the battery runs low, you'll wish you had another handy.

Welcome to the forum, and don't be afraid to speak up if you are having trouble or need support. This is what this forum is for!

Well the USPS site says that it should be be here tomorrow. I am looking forward to getting and showing it to everyone. I live in a house with three other smoker my wife included. I am going to try and get everyone to switch. The more I thing about vaping the nastier real tobacco taste to me.

I am going to go pick up the mail first thing tomorrow. I am having someone else drive me so I can start playing with my Triton on the way back. I got it in the color titanium color. I also got the Midnight Apple and Subzero e-juices. I only order the starter kit and juices.
I was wandering if I should have order some spare tank for other juices.

My wife says she is want to look at the cig-a-like type of system with the option of the putting a mini tank on it? The only ones I have found with these options are the Halo G6 and The V2 company offers one. If any of you know any other system that would suit her want would you please let us know.

If I have any problems with my Triton system I will be posting single threads on each of the issues. Keep a look out for these and try and help if you can. Fell free to send me friend request on here. I know very little of this vaping world and will pm you questions if I think you could help me with me better than others and I could use people to talk to about vaping in general.

Thank you all for the help you have provided me with. It will help me very much into my journey with vaping. I look forward to hear from all of you again and enjoy the having you all to talk and ask questions for I have a very small group of friends.

I am a 18 year old parent and have a problem with making new friends my age because they all just want to party or throw their life away. Which I gave that lifestyle up few months after my son was born.I found that it was taring me and my family apart. I had to pick which was more important to me and I chose my family.

I am looking forward to making news friends with productive lifestyles and in the vaping community. Sorry for going on and on I just have few people I get to talk to and get things off my chest. Thank you all again for any help you have provided me with.

So I have started using my Triton system today and have got to say I am very happy with my purchase. I have marked Halo on my list of well recommended vendors. They are my first company I have used but with my high satisfaction of their products. I have to say I would recommend them to new and expert vapors.

I am going to post my review of this products I purchased on my profiles blog. It will be my first review I have done on anything. This should tell you all how pleased and happy I am with the purchase. I am looking for different vendors of e-juice because of Halo has a small selection to choose from.

I will bookmark all these suggested site and will buy from them as soon as possible. I thank you all for the suggestions. I am very new to these and will be asking many questions in the future. I would take any flavor suggestions on the sites you recommend to mind. I am so glad I have joined the vaping community and my wife will be joining us that can call our self vapers.

I am glad to have found something I am this interested in this much. I am happy to use these products and start reviewing them. I will also start making video reviews the more I get into this. I will link my account to youtube once I create one to make reviews.

I am looking forward to living a health smoke free lifestyle. I have already picked up a new saying for my self. I am going to my brother-in-laws house to spend some time with my nephew and try to get/help him and his wife make the switch vaping as well. I will not be able to go on there so you won't hear from me for about a week. Keep the info coming and I will get back to you all as soon as I can.

Thank you
