Questions for anyone who has ordered from the new site

Hi everyone, wondering if any of you that have ordered from the new site can give me some feedback?

First off, how is the shopping experience? I really like the new cart we're using, but we haven't perfected it yet--so any feedback is appreciated.

Second, did you receive an e-mail confirmation for your order?

Third, did you receive a confirmation with the tracking information when your order shipped?

the site seemed easier to navigate for me as compared to the old site...cleaner too, easier to read overall i think. As for the shop cart itself..it seemed good for as far as i got (i transferred to paypal for payment though so i cant comment on the ecommerce tech side).

As far as email confirmations...I did NOT receive an order confirmation email (after paypal was finished i DID click to go back to vapornine site where it offered a printout version of a receipt) but i DID receive a shipping email confirmation.

No, I did not.

I have not, so I don't know if my order shipped.

Nice work on the site and your service has been excellent, so I expect these little bumps to get smoothed over!

I haven't ordered from the new site just yet. One thing I noticed was there seems to be some pictures missing for some of your products Ben. Maybe the site isn't finished yet or is it just my browser *Firefox ?

I placed my order on your site a few hours ago. I never saw the old one but the shopping experience is very streamlined and easy to follow. I received a conformation email almost immediately. I'll check this afternoon to see if I get a tracking email. Smoother process than many other vendor's sites.

I think you should list the mg strength for the cartomizers on the website. Makes things easier.

Ben.. My first order and account was setup over on your old site. When I try to login to your new site, my username and password used over on the first site no longer work, it keeps telling me its invalid.

I've checked the email I got when I setup my account and the only difference I see is that the first site asked for a username.. the new site wants my email..only its not working. Did our old accounts not get carried over to the new site? Thanks

I havent ordered a nebula yet, from what I've read it's more reliable than VK. I have visited your site a few times, like a kid revisits the christmas catalog. I like that you don't have a million useless items in your store. Next payday for sure!!

I placed another order on Sunday. Had to set up a new account - no big deal. However, the shopping cart wouldn't take any of the discount codes that worked in the past.

I got an email confirmation right away. I still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation though. Starting to get a little nervous 8-o
