Ruyandirect sent me a replacement batt for my 901 when it was malfunctioning and just suggested that if I get a chance sometime maybe I could send it back. I thought that was pretty cool. Also the two times I bought from them I ordered on a Sunday. I got notification that it was shipped that Monday and each time it arrived that Saturday. Five days to get to Oklahoma from china? Pretty sweet.

The supplier that messed up my order was a US seller. The spam PM I got was from a US seller (can't think of who it was now), saw a post I made here about how much I like RY4 (friskee and what ever else they call it) and that I was looking to buy a LOT of it. That person PM'd me saying we have it stock and can get it out to you ASAP... along those lines. I didn't keep the PM.

I consider absolutelyecigs.com a major China seller as well. Granted, they only sell Smoore stuff but the service quality is amazing. You can never go wrong with this supplier if you wish to buy Smoore stuff. Knowing that you're getting direct from the manufacturer, whether for retail or wholesale is a good enough reason to shop with them for me.

I've ordered from Eastmall and Bestecig

Bestecig - The 801 (BE112) atomisers are absolutely amazing IMO. Produce a great deal of vapor, holds about 5 drops of liquid for dripping, and the flavor is great too. The batteries, not so much, but the atomisers are good. Haven't tried their liquid. Beci is also a pleasure to deal with. Very courteous and eager to fix any problems.

Eastmall - I've ordered their liquid (1 day before the juice sale, just my luck =[) and so far i'm pleased with all except the Orange, which doesn't seem to have flavor for me. But overall very good service and products.

The juice sale going on right now from eastmall is almost to good to pass up... plus they have the 510 I want to try :)

I posted this in eastmall's forum also, but I'm wondering if 18mg will be to high for me? I always vape 11 or 12mg. I only tried a 24mg cart that came with my 901 kit 2 months ago and I found it to be a little tooo strong.. actually got a little light headed. I don't have any PG to cut with and didn't want to mess with it.

I recently inquired about when they'd(Eastmall) restock on the 8mg liquids, I believe David(sales) said that it would be available sometime mid next week(Wednesday or so). I'm a low mg kind of peson, in fact since I'm on the patch, I prefer 0mg, but the deal was just too good to pass up. I got trigger happy and went with the 18mg. I'll probably cut it with VG to lessen the mg and also get more vapor out of it.

good luck & hope this helps.

From a purely pricing standpoint, "ruyandirect/heaven gifts" appears to have an upper advantage however they tend to be limited in terms of selection(as of posting, they do not yet have the 510 available). ...
I recently wrote to ruyandirect to find out when they will start selling 510, but their reply was that they have no plans to sell 510 at all. That is really unfortunate -- I ordered from them several times, never a problem, fantastic prices, and would have loved to continue ordering from them. But I don't really want to switch back from 510 to 901, so I'll probably try eastmall since someone mentioned that they stock 510s. I really don't understand why would ryandirect not want to sell a model that is getting popular rather fast...

Thanks! Yeah that helps me a lot! If he plans to restock the 8mg next week I will wait till then. Yeah the deal is a GOOD ONE!

Your best bet is to wait a bit, it looks like David's in the process of moving from one house to another. There's currently a slight delay with orders(due to the moving). I'd check back this week(wednesday) to see if they've restocked on the 8mg. You still have 2 weeks before the offer ends anyway.

Yeah I was on the same boat as you. Basically I was debating between ordering from either/or ruyandirect or eastmall. I ended up splitting my orders. As I've mentioned before, ruyandirect seems to have better deals but limited selection, while eastmall has wider selection but at a slightly costlier rate.

As for the 510s, I went to eastmall because their still cheaper than it would've cost purchasing from a supplier here(in the US). I also got a few spare parts so that I won't need to restock anytime soon.

I looked at the liquid prices at eastmall and with shipping it comes to about the same price as buying 50ml bottles from myvaporstore which is US based (they have 50ml for $28 with free shipping for $75 orders). I was also looking at 510 atomizers which are $8 at eastmall, but when you add the shipping charge ($15) it is actually cheaper to order from Widowsbead ($10 with free shipping).

Hmmm... thanks, I guess it didn't occur to me. I'll have to do a better job at price comparisons the next time I order. I've been having brain farts all month long. Thanks for the clarification.

As for 510 atomizers via US suppliers. I first thought that they'd be cheaper overseas, but am now realizing that some are actually cheaper state side as I'm sure the warranties also garnish a faster response(sometimes). Only problem with this idea, is that sometimes there's a shortage of US suppliers that carry a specific part/product. I know that for a while, I was searching for a decently priced 510 battery + atomizer but just couldn't find a supplier that had it in stock. I digress, your right in regards to price point.

I absolutely love ordering from Chinese suppliers, 90% of my orders have came from there.
Purchased from ruyandirect and eastmall multiple times. Eastmall's replacing a few parts I had fail free of charge due to their no-hassle warranty. :) edit: (just noticed it's now 30 days opposed to the previous 90-day one, another nail in my eastmall coffin)

Dear US suppliers, I do not plan to order from you unless you have similar prices. $10 for a case I can get from Wayne for $3.50? kthxbai.

I don't want to get off topic(since this thread is geared toward Chinese suppliers), but there are some advantages to purchasing from US suppliers. There's definitely less shipping time, most orders I've made with US suppliers have taken less than 4 days(often 3 days). I'm sure if there's a dispute with a failed product, it can take less time & money to replace.

While some US suppliers do charge more than most Chinese suppliers, I think they have to account for the cost of acquiring the items. You have to keep in mind that they're also looking to make a profit, but having to ship the item to themselves via China can be somewhat costly as well. Not to mention defects, seized items, warranties, etc...

"Sar" made a pretty good point that some deals are indeed better state side. So if costs are what your looking for, you should still consider comparing prices states side & overseas to see where you can get the best deals.

For me personally, I've ordered from these US suppliers and they've been fast & efficient in terms of getting the items to me.

Dietsmokes, TotallyWicked, eSmokershop, DigitalCigs, and a few others. All orders were received promptly & in working condition.

I've ordered from absolutelyecig, bestecig, and eastmall. I received all my orders from all 3 within 5 days. The only problem I had was my last order from eastmall. I ordered 2 batches of 5 different flavors (200 ml in total). I only received partial order (missing 80 ml). I sent 4 follow-up emails. Received a reply on my last email April 27 which said it was shipping out that day and I thought all is well. I have not received that yet. Sent another email May 13 still no reply. I'm still hoping this is going to be corrected but this is taking way too long.

I've only had experience with bestecig. Worked out very well. My second order was a large order with 4 other people who wanted to try them after seeing my 901. Order came through exactly as it was placed. One of my coworkers had 2 batteries go bad (I'm wondering what he does to his stuff) and I emailed Beci. He put 2 extra batteries in my co-workers next order, which had already been placed, to replace them. Great service and I love the RY4 flavor.

I have had four orders from Ruyan and I love the place. The prices are awesome and if you don't mind the extra $5 for airmail, shipping time is usually less than a week. I did have a problem with all the batteries from one order being bad and they are replacing those no problems. Other than ordering TN Cured from JC when I need it, pretty much all my purchasing will be with Ruyan.

I do have to add that Vaporstix has some pretty good customer service too. I think they will be my battery supplier from now on but everything else I need will come from Ruyan.
