I am new to vaping, 6 weeks, I have already accumulated 4 different batteries. I have 2 smaller ones, one that is mid-sized and my newest one is a Vison spinner. All are ego style batteries I believe. Sorry I do not know the power levels, 900 and up I think. My problem is that none of these will last all day not even close really. I am beginning to think my starter kit charger is the problem and the batteries are not getting a full charge as they all only last a few hours.

I have been told that I am vaping extremely heavy because I can go through 2-3 tanks in a day. My question is what is the best charger for the Ego style batteries. I have seen the 5 port charger online but have been unable to locate much information and it is unclear to me if I would need adapters. With the basic USB chargers, are they all the same or are some better than others.

Thanks in advance for your expertise.

Try this. Once the light on the charger turn green, or whatever color it changes to that shows the battery is charged take the battery off and then put it back on. If the light goes back to red, IE the color signaling it is charging, and stay that color then the battery wasn't fully charged the first time.

This is a Known Problem with the Vision Spinner II. With that one try turning it off before you connect it to the charger. But do the same thing as above when the charger says it is fully charged.

IF after yo take the battery off and put it back on the light goes right to green, Charged, or starts off RED, Charging, and then to GREEN, Charged, the battery is fully charged.

All batteries have a self life. Whether they are used a lot, used moderately or not at all they only last so long. Once you hit the End Of Life time limit they either won't charge or they charge but don't really hold a full charge anymore and will run out quicker.

I have the same issue but I think it has to do with how much vaping and the batterys only hold so much. I have a few spinners but have recently bought a mod so I can just switch the battery out when its dead. Nothing worse then a dead battery and having to wait for it to charge to use it. I take the spinners to work easier to lug around then my mod thou

I have had my vision spinner for quite a few months mow and have only had it act up once on the charger. Used just a dry q-tip to clean the connection points on the battery and charger and then it worked. If mine blinks 15 times it is completely dead. If you hit the button 5 times fast in a row it will turn it on and off. I once had turned it off with out knowing. However, now I have a friend who has gone through like 3 of these in 3 months. When you plug it in the battery doesnt blink at all and the charger light stays green. Took my adapter over and tried that same thing. Plugged mine into his adapter and worked fine so definately a battery issue. I had him clean the contact points. Still nothing. I have not tried to move the pins though...... Should I try that?

It all depends on the mAh rating of those batteries. A 650 mAh will last half the amount of time as a 1300 mAh battery. It could be your charger not charging fully. How may ml do your tanks hold, or if you don't know, what tanks do you have?

If you vape a lot, you might want to look into a mod which takes 18650 removable batteries and get a charger for them. They can be had with 2600 mAh, so twice the vape time of a 1300 mAh.

I would not put a battery back on the charger after it is charged. You can't stuff more power into it once it's fully charged and if the charger has a problem it can get dangerous.

How large are the 2 to 3 tanks? When I started vaping, my iTaste VVv3 would last me for my workday, and it was 800 mAh. I didn't vape through an entire tank though, so I have a feeling I was vaping far less then you. Also, the type of coils in your tanks can affect battery life too. Dual coil tanks use more power in one hit then a single coil.

I have a e-go battery. When i push the button the light comes on like it is fine. When i put the clearomiser or tank on and press the button, the button lights up the juice flows but starts to gurgle cause the battery part is not heating it up at all. Tried to fix the pins and it didn't work. Also cleaned connection points. When plugged into the charger light stays green and it wont charge. Tried it with the battery on and off and 2 different chargers. Is it possible that the heating element is out? i hae a spinner and another ego-t batery that work fine for back ups. i would like to fix this one too if I can..

While it's certainly possible this is "normal" for your situation, there are a lot of variables. Resistance of the coil, length of draw, and so on.

2 to 3 tanks a day is pretty vague. I have clearos that run from 0.9 ml to 5 ml, so no way of knowing from your post how much you vape.

The multi-port wall warts simply provide 5 VDC to whatever you plug into them. The standard Ego charger is one example, and for the type batteries you list, it should be 5 VDC at about 420 mA on the output label. If it's not, then you need the right ego charger. (Stick / cigalike batteries use a similar looking one, with our without pigtail, but are only about 200 mA - they will probably work, but will take a LONG time to charge!) So you could get a multi-port wall wart if you have more than one charger and want to charge 2 (or more) at the same time.

Make sure you're fully charging them. Green light, as Ryedan mentioned. And chargers do fail. If you have another (you should!) try it, or see if you can borrow one.
