Hey everyone, just wanted to give everyone a quick heads up. I am in the middle of doing a head to head shoot out review of the Kanger ProTank II vs. the Anyvape Davide. With the original ProTank it was a pretty common recommendation to use the EVOD heads in the ProTank to tighten the draw some. Well to my surprise the EVOD heads do not work in the ProTank II. They do work in the Davide however.

I just wanted to let people know as buying extra heads with a new tank is common.

I'll post the review of the shootout this weekend.

Yeah, thanks for that, I know I've been under the assumption the old heads worked in the PT2.. Very interesting to hear they work in the Davide, wonder if that holds true of their 'mini' tank as well, as I was going to get a few for a friend and if I can re-use my old PT/Evod heads on there I'll send her a few extras that I've recoiled.

All they have done is dropped the shorter post EVOD heads and kept the longer post ProTank heads, and now advise these heads are for both the ProTank and EVOD. Used to be they would say on the ProTank you could use the EVOD heads in a pinch.

Basically the shorter post EVOD heads are going away.

However, there are still TONS of these heads available from dealers and the shorter post EVOD heads do not work with my ProTank II.

What is the reason for your decision they do not work? Is liquid leaking into the tube or is it just a tighter draw than expected?

Original Protank and original Evod heads have the same threading and the same Head height. Both have the same Pipe seal. Both have the same flange diameter.

You have stated a problem exist but have not even hinted as to the problem at hand.

If you are alluding to them not firing, well mine don't after every good cleaning and I have to adjust the center pin back down a tiny bit.
