Ok Here is the deal. I made some experiments:

UFS in short mode (without upper sleeve), cannot be done, filling cap cannot screw on the tank because cannon is fat in the middle IMG_20130115_190630.jpg

UFS in normal mode (with one upper sleeve) fits fine however you cannot fit the oring correctly. and a very thin space is left around the atomizer. So if you use UFS mouthpiece i guess that prevents leaking and I guess you cannot use cap. SO be sure to drop the oring or use a thinner one for this setup.

In long mode (2 upper sleeves) you cannot use UFS mouthpiece because the atomizer cannot reach the top and if you use atomizer mouthpiece o-ring does not slide over it and cap probably won't fit as well.

So as I see it your best bet is UFS normal mode with a very thin oring or no oring and UFS mouthpiece.

Great Video Bish, as usual. Thanks for the demonstration. So as i said before short mode or long mode on UFS with the cannon are not feasible, but in regular mode, you have to lose the o-ring. I will try on of these large drip tips as well. I was just affraid to use it without the o-ring and have leaking that is why i never tried it. Thanks again.

Bishop, thanks for the vid
let say i wanna try the fusion at 6v, i'll then need an ufs (got) , a gg (got) and some 510 punched 3 ohms carto ? Do i need anything else (new orings ? new cap? special drip tips ?) i would be very happy if you could help me with this.
Oh yes, the ufs in long mode.

I've got some IKV510 but i lack a piece i guess (the one you not showing in the video :p)

Cheers

is there another fusion ? :) well i just don't know i've bought 510 from them but i don't have all the pieces to seal the tank nicely, so it leaks.
That's why i was extending the question to the carto's since you seemed to like them very much.
but my main one would be at the moment, what else do i need to make my gg + ufs and IKV 510 works, cause it's obviously not working right now :(

maybe you should post a picture of what you have. Granted I havn't seen the video you are refrencing but I can't imagine Bishop would leave out a piece in an assembly video.

As for cartos I can tell you setup is simple. Screw in your carto with the juice controll open. Once it is in snugly close the juice controll and fill. next add your top cap. Then o'ring then the drip tip cap. Finally add your drip tip and you are good to go. Cartos do not need to be punched as you can use the UFS's juice controll although it will work with punched cartos as well.
