Quick question on battery

I have 2 ultrafire 14500 batteries that i use on my box mod. Now they only last me half a day to a full day depending on how much i vape. Here is the question, aren't they suppose to last longer than that?

I've never used 14500 batteries, but scanning the internet I'm guessing they are 900mAh batteries?

Yes, they're 900mah. I go through two a day in my box mod most days, so that sounds like normal to me.

I can get one to last me about 10 hours or so, but by that time it is pretty weak. IMO, if your using any of the Lion batts, once they drop to 3.7to 3.8 volts, they should be changed out. If going by that rule of thumb, I change the 14500s out around 6 hours.

Yes, one of the things I quickly learned reading this forum is that people are always stating how long such and such a battery last in terms of hours, but when you think about it it would be as irrelevant as stating that a pack of Winstons last a day.

To some smokers - like my nephew a pack will last 2 weeks, while for some - like my sister - the same pack last about 6 hours.

Maybe it would be more reverent if we started how fast a battery last in relation to another battery instead of asking how long one persons experience with the battery is. Like we can say things like a 501 last about twice as long as an rn4018 - or an ego last about 3 times as long as a 501

hmm ego 3x as long as a 510. that sounds promising, i go through 3 to 5 510 batterys a day. since i only have 2 batterys that keeps me close to a charger at all times. im waiting for my usb passthrough to come. needless to say im a heavy vaper. will my 510 attys match with an ego? lol i guess ill be buying a new set up

@rlovev yes egos use 510 attys. that is what i use and love them
