Quick question on cutting

So i had a local diy guy with 3 years in the business and bought lots of juice of him.. Very good

I asked him to make 60 ml blueberry at 18 mg 60/40 pg/vg and double flavouring...

My initial plan was to cut to 9mg and i have a couple litres of pg vg

Best way to do this?

since you're cutting the nic in half and have double flavor, just add 60mL of 60/40 no nic.
